At Shree Ji Steel Private Limited, we deal in bulk quantities of iron and steel materials that are supplied strictly as per confirmed orders and customer specifications. Due to the industrial nature of our products and highly volatile market prices, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all transactions.

1. No Return & No Refund

All sales are made on a final and non-returnable basis.

• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
• No refund will be issued after the order is confirmed.

2. InsuranceWe insure all our material with transit insurance.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage* – We charge a nominal ₹40 per metric ton to insure all dispatched materials against theft, accidents, and damage. In case of any unforeseen mishap, the insurance company compensates you for the loss, ensuring complete peace of mind.
