Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up details.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or calling systems.
- Prior experience in the steel or industrial products industry will be an added advantage.
