Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical business data across multiple platforms. This role requires advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to build complex formulas, automate workflows, and ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and maintain business data across Excel, Google Sheets, and other platforms.
- Develop and apply advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, Nested IF, and Logical Functions.
- Implement Conditional Formatting and data validation to improve readability and accuracy of reports.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and data summaries for management decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates across all databases.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Google Apps Script (mandatory), Knowledge of GenAI and python is a plus.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Technology, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, Nested IF, Logical Functions, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Google Apps Script is important. Python is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to management.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Open to learning new things and implement it in systems.
- Use of AI tools and AI Agents, Meta Business Suite is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 6 months –2 years of experience in data management, MIS reporting, or similar role.
- Exposure to automation tools, scripts, or basic coding.
- Experience in handling reporting for sales, operations, or finance teams.
